An Invitation
Who decided what a powerful woman is supposed to look like?
What if the next shift in leadership begins when women stop trying to become who they believe they are supposed to be?
For generations, women have been given rules about how to behave, how to lead, how much space to take up, and which parts of themselves they need to keep hidden.
Be capable. Be composed. Be accommodating.
Be powerful, but not too powerful.
Be authentic, but don't make anyone uncomfortable.
What happens when we start questioning those rules?
Women do not need to become more like the leaders we have been taught to admire. We need to question the expectations that have shaped our understanding of power, reclaim our ability to choose how we lead, and bring more of our truth into the world.
This is not about replacing one model of leadership with another set of rules about how women should behave. It is about creating more freedom in how women lead, contribute and express themselves.
Inside the Masterclass
Together, We'll Explore
A 90-minute conversation about who we have been taught to be, who we choose to become, and how we participate in shaping what comes next.
I.
The expectations that have shaped how we understand power and leadership.
II.
What happens when we stop treating our emotions, needs, and humanity as things we must hide to be taken seriously.
III.
The difference between performing an identity and choosing how we want to embody our truth.
IV.
How we can contribute to change without believing we have to carry the world or save everyone in it.
V.
What it means to recognize our gifts, honour our truth, and choose how we want to participate in the world around us.
By the end, you'll have an opportunity to question an inherited belief about feminine power, recognize the choices available to you, and identify one way you want to embody your truth and contribute to the world around you.

This conversation is for you if you sense there is more.
You don't need to be an entrepreneur, a public figure, or someone who sees herself as a leader to be part of this conversation.
Your contribution may take shape in your work, your family, your community, your creativity, or the way you choose to live.
Come ready to question, reflect, and choose.
You may recognize yourself in words like these:
- “I know I have something to contribute, but I don't always give myself permission to express it.”
- “I am tired of trying to be the right kind of woman.”
- “I want to lead without hiding parts of myself.”
- “I want to make choices based on what I believe, not what other people expect.”
- “I care about what is happening in the world, but I don't want to carry the responsibility for fixing it all.”
- “I want to understand what it means to live my truth in the way I lead, work, create and relate to others.”
This is not about becoming another version of the woman you think you should be. It is about questioning what you have inherited, recognizing what you believe, and choosing how you want to live, lead, create, and contribute.

Alanna Green
Founder of the Fully Expressed movement
Years ago, I crossed a threshold that changed how I saw myself, my work, and my life. Once I became aware of the ways I was living by other people's expectations instead of my own truth, I couldn't unsee it.
The real shift didn't happen when I found a better strategy. It happened when I learned to trust what I already knew.
For more than six years, I've coached and mentored women through the thresholds that change how they see themselves. I've supported hundreds of women inside a coaching community, guided more than 80 clients through my own practice, hosted podcasts, and founded Spirituality Amplified, a community created to deepen conversations around spiritual growth and conscious living.
A first look: This masterclass is also the first public launch of my new book, Your Work Needs to Be Seen.

“You don't have to change the world to participate in changing it. You have to choose how you will show up in it.”
